Yesterday I read on Mark*s and Rene Yarnell*s book My first year in network marketing
We, Networkers are more than executives, business owners or entrepreneurs. We are EDUCATORS, our MAIN goal is to show people Life can be lived in other ways, there is posible for anyone to achieve wealth no matter the background or present moment, no matter age, sex,color, religion, education or status.

So, as an EDUCATOR I will share with you what I have learned.
As I posted before.. the world is divided in 4 quadrants

E Employees
S Selfemployees
B Business owners
I Investors

Network marketing is on the B quadrant Business owners
Which is not the same as an employee...

I will share some information I learned through Kiyosaki*s book BUSINESS SCHOOL

The richiest people in the world build networks. Everyone else look for jobs.
Teaching people to understand the power of building their own business is not an easy task. The reason is that most people have been taught to be loyal, hard working employees rather than be business owners who build their network
The Nertwork marketing field is a business school.

The Nertwork marketing or PERSONAL FRANCHISE system is open to ANYONE who has drive, determination and perseverance, the system doesnt really care what college you went to or if you even went to a college. As Rich dad says *A banker will ask for your financial statements, not for your college report card*

Networkers are people who are willing to learn, always open to find new answers

Skills make you rich, not theories.
Network marketing busniness are business schools for people who want to learn the REAL WORLD skills of an entrepreneur, rather than the skills of an employee who wants to become a high paid mid level manager in the corporate world.

In the *normal* corporate world, If you want to succeed you need to get to the top, right? and in order to get there you have to take people out of your way..
example
At the hotel were I was working as an Food an beverage assistan, there were 2 supervisors above me and then the manager, well If I wanted to become a Manager, I would have to take out of my way the people who is above me and even the actual manager right?
Well, on the network marketing business is based upon leaders pulling up people. There is NO WAY someone can succeed in this business if they dont HELP PEOPLE.

Successful people learn to overcome their fears rather than let their fears fun their lifes.
Network marketing helps people to become leaders, get out of their shells, go beyond their fears, go for their dreams that make life worth living!!!!!!

Why smart people fail to become rich?

*People fail because of their lack of emotional intelligence, lack of patience. A person who cannot manage their emotions cannot manage their money*
Many people feel better working for someone else and working hard at something they will never own. The fear is soooo high that they would rather work for security than for freedom.

GIVE THE BUSINESS AND YOURSELF TIME TO GROW UP TOGETHER!! sometimes I get impatient... but then I remember a precious advice from rich dad

*START WITH YOUR DREAMS AND WORK BACKWARDS...EVEN IF YOU ARE BROKE, IT DOES NOT COST YOU ANYTHING DREAM ABOUT BECOMING RICH.MANY POOR PEOPLE ARE POOR BECAUSE THEY HAVE GIVEN UP ON DREAMING*
